New York Giants players will be scheduled to receive shots on Friday, the NFL announced on Twitter.
According to the NFL’s official account, the players who will receive shots will be quarterback Eli Manning, defensive end J.J. Watt, defensive tackle Damon Harrison and linebacker NaVorro Bowman.
The shots will come as the Giants prepare for Sunday’s season finale against the Chicago Bears at MetLife Stadium.
The Jets announced earlier this month that they had scheduled an appointment for a doctor to get them inoculated for the shot.
Jets president Mike Maccagnan told ESPN that the team would not make any changes to the team’s schedule and that they were prepared to make it work with no additional changes.
